1. It is customer’s responsibility of provide or reserve parking on both ends, if we get penalty charges those will be added in final cost.

2. Customer to pay for any pay and display, parking Ticket issued Tall/Congestion charge(s)

3. We do not accept responsibility of damage cause due to design of the property by height length and width of any large item being moved in or out.

4. Customer has a right to cancel the job before we reach at their door. After that customer can’t cancel the job if they still want to cancel the job than you have to pay minimum three hour charges.

5. Minimum booking for three hours.

6. Payment must be paid before unloading.

7. If there is the time limit to hand over the property or to close the property should be informed before otherwise you can’t claim any further service within the agreed price.

8. Staffs needs to take breaks for tea, lunch, drinks, and refreshment or smoke. In per hour job staff is allowed to take fifteen minutes break at every three hours period it is included in the hours.

9. Minor damage of goods or property will not be paid unless insured.

10. GOODS THAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FOR REMOVAL OR STORAGE

We will happily remove and store most items that you may wish to submit for removal or storage. However, we are, subject to clauses a,h below, unable in the normal course of business to accept any of the following types of items:

(a) Any living thing, including any animals, birds, fish and plants;

(b) Any goods those are likely to encourage vermin or other pests or to cause infestation;

(c) Any goods that require a special license;

(d) Any goods that require government permission to import or export;

(e) Any food and/or drink that is, or needs to be, refrigerated or frozen;

(f) Any drugs;

(g) Any stolen or prohibited or illegal goods;

(h) Any goods that are potentially dangerous, explosive or otherwise liable to cause damage. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, ammunition, paints, aerosols, gas bottles and canisters;

(I) Any jewelry, including trinkets and watches, and precious stones or metals or items made from precious metals or including precious stones;

(j) Any money, securities, financial or legal documents, including but not limited to share certificates and leases;

(k) Customer must carry with them, money, hand bags, Laptop, jewelry, Watches, Mobile Phone, etc.

11, Items with special fitting from manufacturer will not be dismantled or assembled.

12, we can stop the job and cancel it at any time, due to any misbehave rude comments or the use of abusive language by the customer or customers.

13. If you stuff exceeds from the above detail or something which you forgot to mention will be charge separately.

14. There is a minimum £90-/- charge on dumping per half tone.

15. Emergency overnight storage charges would be £150.00

16. We don’t accept responsibility for loss or damage to the customer’s property after the completion of the job and payment is received.

17. If there is a delay caused by the customer or any other reason than we will charge for the delay period separately.

18.We will not be liable for any loss or damage to any goods unless any claim for loss or damage is notified to us in writing WITHIN SEVEN DAYS (this is a requirement of insurers) of either their collection by you or delivery by us to their destination, unless you request a reasonable extension which we agree in writing.

19. We have a legal right to withhold or (subject to complying with the notice procedure in condition 16.6) ultimately dispose of some or all of the goods until you have paid all our charges and other payments due under this contract. These include any charges that we have paid out on your behalf. While we hold the goods and wait for payment you will be liable to pay all storage charges and other costs incurred as a result of our withholding your goods and these terms and conditions will continue to apply.

The customer is liable for the first £250.00 for any claim. This access applies to all claims unless agreed otherwise in written.

It is your sole responsibility to:

Declare to us the proper value of the Goods prior to move.

We may choose to repair or replace the damaged or lost item. However if we choose the repair the item we will not be liable for any depreciation in value.
